Brazil Blend Rich, full body with a sweet smooth balance and fruity flavour.

Brazilian Santos A top grade bean, sweet and smooth providing good balance with a creamy body. Excellent option for a very high quality gourmet espresso or softener in blends with high acidity.

Classic Blend A rich full bodied coffee. An ideal blend for the plunger. Winner of a bronze medal at the 2008 Wrest Point Fine Food Awards.

Colombian Light Roast. Similar qualities to the dark with good blending characteristics.

Colombian Dark Roast. Rich Medium to full body with tangy flavour. Sweet fragrant aroma, soft on your palate. Winner of a gold medal for plunger coffee and Tasmanian champion coffee at the 2009 Wrest Point Fine Food Awards.

Continental Dark Roast. Consistent high quality, aromatic, gamey with rich, full flavour. Ideal espresso line.

Costa Rican Dark Roast. Comparable to a good red, a rich strong coffee with superb cup character.

Ethiopian Mocha Medium Roast. Full bodied with a bitter/sweet personality, full of flavour. Quality after-dinner line. Excellent blending option.

French Blend Medium Roast. This combination from 4 countries produces a good, consistent, balanced flavour and aroma.

Guatemalan High mountain bean, perfectly balanced, full body, acidic, soft & mild-delightful bouquet

House Blend Medium Roast. Designed for the coffee lover who enjoys a quality rich bodied flavour.

Indian Mysore An extra dark and oily roast. From the major coffee growing area of India this variety is roasted to bring out the rich flavour for those who look for the absolute 'kick' from their coffee.

Jamaican Blue Mountain For the genuine connoiseur! reputed to be the world's best, this highly regarded coffee is roasted to "order only" to ensure ultimate freshness and quality.

Java Dark Roast. A spicy aroma, rich and creamy with medium to full body. Slightly smoky.

Kenyan A medium/dark roast. Medium to full bodied, smooth with a fruity flavour and fragrance.

Maragogype From Nicaragua, known as the Elephant bean because of its size and has a heavy body, mild flavour and pleasing aroma.

Mexican Decaffeinated Certified organic and rainforest alliance. Uses the Swiss water method (no chemicals) to wash the beans of caffeine but retaining the oils which produce the coffee flavour. Winner of a bronze medal at the National Golden Bean Roaster Competition.

Milan Blend Rich, extra dark roast that provides a full cup while still retaining the taste and aroma a quality coffee should produce.

PREMIUM - Restaurant Blend A special blend that contains a number of beans which combine to produce a quality, full bodied base and a creme to finish the extraction. Won 2008 Tasmanian champion coffee also a bronze medal in 2008 and 2009 at the Wrest Point Fine Food Awards. Winner of a bronze medal in 2008 and 2009 at the National Golden Bean Coffee Roaster Competition.

Rainforest Alliance A rich, full bodied Brazilian Bean roasted to a medium - dark finish. The mission of the Rainforest Alliance is to protect ecosystems and the people and wildlife that live within them by implementing better business practices for biodiversity conservation and sustainability.

South American Blend Highlighted by the values of both Colombian and Brazilian Santos beans.

Supreme Blend Aromatic, medium to full bodied blend. Ideal coffee for espresso based drinks. Winner of a silver medal at the Wrest Point Fine Food Awards.

Tassie Blend A 5 bean blend that provides a quality smooth, rich cup for all options of coffee making. Winner of a gold medal in 2008 and a silver medal in 2010 for filter coffee at the National Golden Bean Coffee Roaster Competition.

Toraja From Sulawasi (Indonesia) this bean produces a deep, rich and full flavoured coffee with a syrupy finish. A great coffee for all occasions.
